You may not copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate or reformat any of the above without express permission of Evelyn Software.
You must not exploit any cheats or errors which you find in the services offered by www.elysaria.com. On the contrary you must report these to the Elysaria Team immediately, by sending an email to admin@elysaria.com
Automation (Macroing) of any kind is strictly forbidden. All your characters will be immediately banned if any form of automation or bot is discovered. This includes all characters playing from the IP address stated. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure, therefore, that others playing on your network (friends, family, colleagues) are not indulging in the use of automation programs.
You must not reverse-engineer, attempt to gain access to, or modify the Elysarian Kingdoms code in any way. You must not create or provide any other means by which any of the services provided on www.elysaria.com may be played by others (including, without limitation, replacement or modified client/server software or server emulators).
Evelyn Software reserves the right to refuse any player’s access to the services for any reason whatsoever.
You must not choose a ‘username’ that infringes the rights of any third party, attempts to impersonate Elysarian Kingdoms staff, administrators or moderators, or other users, or which is deliberately confusing, offensive, racist, obscene or otherwise unlawful. Evelyn Software reserves the right to change any username for any reason. In the case of this happening, notification will be sent to the email address used to ‘sign up’ the character in question.
By using the services offered by Evelyn Software, you accept that you will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of other players. Likewise, you will not publish, post or distribute any inappropriate, offensive, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information anywhere within the services offered by Evelyn Software.
You agree that for the purpose of preventing foul language and/or players cheating and ‘scamming,’ the Elysaria Team and/or their chosen Moderators may automatically or manually censor the chat, and that anything posted in chat may be recorded or monitored in order to identify offenders (This includes "Player Messages" or "PM's"). We reserve the right to take legal action in any severe cases of abuse.
You agree that you will not use the chat facility to advertise any other websites or products whatsoever.
You agree not to disclose your password to ANY third party. Do not even disclose your password to any member of Evelyn Software, or anyone claiming to be such, not under ANY circumstances.
Evelyn Software cannot be responsible in any way whatsoever for unauthorized access to a character by a third party (for example a hacker) or for any material or data sent or received from that character by said third party. Evelyn Software is therefore not responsible for any kind of abuse, obscenity or illegal content displayed in such a way by said third party using a character and the services offered at www.elysaria.com.
Evelyn Software is NOT responsible for ensuring the integrity of your character’s details on your own computer network (For example, username and password). This is the responsibility of the user.
Evelyn Software gives no guarantee that any of the services offered on www.elysaria.com will be secure, error-free or uninterrupted, however Evelyn Software will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the services are available 24 hours per day without downtime.
You agree that your Elysarian Kingdoms character, account, items and ‘Gold’ are and remain the property of the Evelyn Software. You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your account, and you may not accept an account offered to you by anyone else.
You may create more than one Elysarian Kingdoms account, but if you do, you may not log into more than one account in the game interface at any time. The creation of a ‘mule’ is permitted.
As a condition of your use of www.elysaria.com and the services offered from www.elysaria.com, you will not use these services for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to use these services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them or Evelyn Software, or interfere with any other player or user’s enjoyment of them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service offered on or by www.elysaria.com, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any www.elysaria.com service, through hacking, sending other users ‘keyloggers’ or similar programs, or any other means.
Any amendments or alterations to these terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Evelyn Software. Evelyn Software may change or supplement these terms and conditions from time to time, and these changes shall form part of these terms and conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to re-visit this page regularly and re-read the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute connected with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
